 * How to Use:

 * 1. Create a Discord Webhook in Discord and copy the Webhook URL.

 * 2. Open RPG Maker MZ and install this plugin.

 * 3. In the plugin settings, paste the Discord Webhook URL into the "Discord Webhook URL" parameter.

 * 4. In an event where you want to send a message:

 *    - If you want to send a predefined message, use the Plugin Command "Send Message to Discord" 

 *      and specify the message and (if desired) the image URL.

 *    - If you want the player to enter their own message, use the Plugin Command "Open Message Prompt".

 *

 * Note: To send an image, provide the URL of an image that is accessible from the internet.
